Enhance Your Workout With 8 New Easy Legs and Butt Exercises That Use Ankle Weights

To diversify your routine workouts, you don’t need to buy a barbell or go to the gym. Ankle weights are an excellent solution.

WeGoRo has found for you 8 exercises with ankle weights, which will help tighten and strengthen your legs and round your butt.

8. Side lunges

Make a large step out toward the side with your right leg. Bend your left knee to form a 90-degree angle. Keep your right leg straight. Return to the starting position. Repeat with your other leg.

7. Bulgarian lunges

Put your right foot on a chair. Bend your left knee to form a 90-degree angle. Your knee shouldn’t go beyond your toes. Repeat with your other leg.

6. One-leg squat

5. Fire hydrants

4. Front lunges

Step forward with your left leg into a lunge position, as shown in the picture. Your knees should form a 90-degree angle. Your left knee shouldn’t extend beyond your toes, and your right knee shouldn’t touch the ground. Repeat with your other leg.

3. Bird dog

Put your hands and knees on the floor. Start by raising your right hand and straight left leg, as shown in the picture. Feel the tension in your butt. Repeat with your other leg.

2. Leg raises

Lie down on your right side, as shown in the picture. Start raising your straight left leg as high as possible. Repeat with your other leg.

1. Donkey kicks

Put your hands and knees on the floor. Start by raising your left leg back to create tension in your butt. You can do it in different ways: with a straight leg or with your leg bent at the knee. Repeat with your other leg.

Just train 3 or 4 days a week, separating your sessions by a couple of days. Repeat every exercise at least 20 times. And your butt will be ready for the beach!
